I just found out that 41,000 books are published every day. If you were an infant, and you read a book a day from this day, you’d be 123 years old when you finish that day of published books. That tells me that the competition is unbearably fierce.
You have to have manageable goals, and hoping you get there isn’t the most feasible. When you fly to Hawaii from wherever you are, your goal is to get there. Pilots have to navigate weather, air pockets, and aerial deviations, but they land in Hawaii.
I have to develop sensory acuity to get to my Hawaii. If I’m not known, I have to deviate my course. If I have insurmountable competition, I have to find ways of making my competition surmountable. I’m working at getting to my Hawaii 🙂
